(GpgSignKeyEditInteractor::action): Handle DUPE_OK. (GpgSignKeyEditInteractor::Private::Private): Carry flag. -- When extended-edit is enabled this can be used to answer the "dupe_ok" query from the edit-key with yes. This is for: GnuPG-Bug-Id: T4734
