Justus Winter 9ceaec2591 python: Port more tests.
* lang/python/Makefile.am: Add bits from the c test suite.
* lang/python/support.py: New file.
* lang/python/t-decrypt.py: Likewise.
* lang/python/t-encrypt.py: Likewise.
