	(pipemode_copy): Likewise.
	(pipemode_cb): Likewise.
	(add_arg): Don't check for pipemode.
	(add_data): Likewise.
	(_gpgme_gpg_set_status_handler): Likewise.
	(_gpgme_gpg_set_colon_line_handler): Likewise.
