	(GPGMEPLUG): Remove variable.
	* Makefile.am (gpgmeplug): Remove variable.
	(SUBDIRS): Remove ${gpgmeplug}.
	* cryptplug.h, gpgme-openpgp.c, gpgmeplug.dox, gpgme-smime.c,
	Makefile.am, gpgmeplug.c, ChangeLog: Files removed.
