* Problems commiting the converted HTML to Org-Mode files, so just
keeping the HTML for now.
* Also had to adjust the LGPL file.
* As usual the errors are caused by trailing whitespace (very hard to
fix in Org-Mode when the raw file is concealed by the mark-up, no
doubt there's an emacs package to address that ... I'll find it later).
* Adopted both versions 3.0 and 4.0 (i.e. 3.0 or any later) of the CC
BY-SA license.
* Added copies of each to the repo as well as copies converted from HTML
to Org-Mode.
* Converted copies might require some editing, but they'll do for
now (at least full copies are included at all, most projects just link
to them).
* Updated README to reflect this change.
* Included external links in the README.
* Converted a couple of existing setup files for intended one here.
* Added single mandatory requirement of CFFI.
* Note that Cython may still be used to produce some component without
requiring it be installed when deploying the API.
* Removed questions 4, 5 and 6 because I decided they were stupid.
* Renumbered question 7 as question 4 and reworded slightly to adjust
for removal of preceding questions. This question pretty much
addresses all the concerns anyway.
