python: Simplify wrapping glue.
* lang/python/pyme/core.py: Rename '_getctype' to '_ctype' and turn it
into a string. Likewise rename '_getnameprepend' to '_cprefix'.
* lang/python/helpers.c: Adapt accordingly.
