json: Add command "decrypt" to gpgme-json.
* src/gpgme-json.c (make_data_object): Enable auto-detection of base-64. (op_encrypt): Support a 'mime' flag. (op_decrypt): New. (process_request): Add command "encrypt". Signed-off-by: Werner Koch <wk@gnupg.org>
