* gpg/Makefile.am (EXTRA_DIST): Remove gpg.conf.
	(DISTCLEANFILES): Add gpg.conf.
	(all-local): Add gpg.conf.
	(./gpg.conf): New target.
	* gpg/gpg.conf: Remove file.
