tests,json: Add missing files and chunking test

* tests/json/Makefile.am, tests/json/final.test,
tests/json/initial.test: New.
* tests/json/t-chunking.in.json, tests/json/t-chunking.out.json:
New test.
* tests/json/t-json.c: Register new test.
