python: Avoid creating SWIG proxy classes.

* lang/python/Makefile.am (gpgme_wrap.c): Use '-builtin' to make SWIG
generate builtin types for c types.
* lang/python/gpgme.i (pygpgme_wrap_gpgme_data_t): Adapt slightly.
