Cpp: Add EngineInfo::Version class

* lang/cpp/src/engineinfo.cpp (EngineInfo::engineVersion): New.
* lang/cpp/src/engineinfo.h (EngineInfo::engineVersion): Declare.
(EngineInfo::Version): Small helper to work with versions.
