qt: Fix warning about missing return

* lang/qt/src/qgpgmeexportjob.cpp (ExportJob::exec): Return a value and
remove unused argument names.

ExportJob::exec is never executed because its virtual overload is always
used. Therefore it doesn't matter what value we return.
