The Tofu support is quite new and we can assume that it is not in real use now. Thus we better remove that now so that we do not need to maintain it for all future. Additionally, it leaks metadata that can be used to distinguish users from one another, and can potentially be used to target specific attacks if there are known behaviors that differ between major versions.
