chore: updates gitea's CI workflows for develop branches
- Changes Qt5 and Qt6 CI workflows to include the "develop" branch directly instead of only "dev/**".
- Updates the linuxdeployqt download link to a specific version hosted on ftp.bktus.com.
- Removes the full SDK and integrated modules build steps from the Qt6 workflow.
- Adjusts the AppImage packaging in the Qt6 workflow, modifying the executable directory path.
